Global Regional Recruitment and Marketing Director
The UOW College Hong Kong (“UOWCHK”), currently also named as Community College of City University (“CCCU”), is widely acknowledged as one of the leading institutions of its kind in Hong Kong, providing quality tertiary education for about 3,500 students. The College offers a wide range of Degrees, Associate Degree (AD) programmes, a Diploma in General Studies, and International Language Proficiency Tests with preparatory courses. In association with the University of Wollongong (Australia), the College offers top-up degrees for associate degree or higher diploma graduates. The Global Regional Recruitment and Marketing Director is expected to provide leadership in the formulation and execution of marketing and brand development strategies within HK and Mainland China for the UOW brand. He/She is also responsible for proposing and implementing student recruitment initiatives for UOWCHK as well as recruitment of students from HK and Mainland China for UOW and other institutions within the UOW Global Enterprises Group. The appointee is required to travel within Mainland China and Hong Kong from time to time.
Criteria for Appointment
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines, and have the following qualities:
- Substantial experience and demonstrated achievements in student recruitment and marketing functions;
- Relevant management experience;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
- Able to travel regionally
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for two years. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes.
